Martin Semple has specialized in public and private sector labor and employment law for over 30 years and also represents school districts, credit unions and nonprofits. He has extensive experience in trial and appellate courts (see Major Cases), published numerous articles on employment law, school law and legal ethics (see Author). He has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Denver College of Law, and the Graduate Schools of Public Affairs, University of Colorado at Denver.
He is a graduate of St. Patrick's College, Tipperary, Ireland and has law degrees from the University of Denver (J.D.) and Catholic University of America (J.C.D.). His bar admissions include Colorado, U.S. District Court for Colorado, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court.
